Lane Woods Jewelry (US) – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

WORST COMPANY EVER This company is a fraud. They claim to have hassle-free returns, but when I returned the product according to their guidelines, they never refunded me and ignored all of my emails asking them to. I provided a receipt of return and tracking number and it has now been over 3 months and still have not gotten any response. I have reported the charge with my credit card company.

Horrible service, i have been waiting 4 months and received nothing, they refuse to answer me half the time i wait weeks for a response and they refuse to refund me but wont send me the jewelry - 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND

I do not recommend Lane Woods and their products are poor quality. I ordered a heart shaped ring and I had an allergic reaction to it. It turned my finger black. I paid for shipping to have it returned and they sent a new ring and still the same problem. I sent it back and paid for shipping again. What materials are they using to make the ring if I can't even wear it. They can't even use stainless steel? It has been 2 months and I have not received my refund. Zoe in customer service does not respond to my emails. This company is a scam. I hope someone reports them! I live in Canada.

I returned a set of rings on April 3rd, I keep sending emails back and forth, still waiting for my refund, I never dealt with such a poor service ever, I will not recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely appalling service, company based in china- so very little to do about it if you are not happy…. Which you won’t be. BUYERS BEWARE
