After reaching out to customer service using their email, I received a response in a timely manner, which I was happy about. They helped me find my order number and also informed me that my order was on the way. This was a sign of relief, cause I truly thought I was in a pickle. I appreciate Kollyy.com for working with me to find my order and correct my email mistake. I will order from them again, just based on the customer service I received.
