A lovely little laptop bag

Recently purchased a bag from Knomo which looks bigger in the pictures available on their site. They have a point that the measurements are stated on the website but I’m not one to get my Stanley out before purchasing a bag and I’m sold on the images. It cost me £4.20 to return the bag. For the amount the products cost, their target market and the fact most businesses do not charge to return a product, I’m surprised that the customer is liable to pay the return. I do however, rate their bags highly. They’re well though through and the quality is great. Admittedly, my Knomo bags are the ones I find myself going to the most because they add simplicity into my life. Such a shame about the return policy though.

Bought a Knomo brief case about 5 years ago. After daily use, a small clip on the strap broke, entirely my fault I pulled way to hard it when the clip was caught. Called Knomo and explained what I'd done and that it was my fault. I asked if it was possible to buy a new clip to fix the strap. Due to lock down they said they'd have to check if it was available, but would get back to me . Two days later a whole new strap arrived through the post free of charge. Brilliant product, brilliant company, outstanding customer service
