Love my shoes but just a bit too small. I think it’s best to order a size up, Customer service was quick to respond to help me understand the return/exchange process. I will be ordering a bigger size.
I had a mess up with my address and they were able to update it before it's shipped. Now I wait eagerly for my purchase! 😊
The delivery went smoothly and my items arrived pretty fast but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size , they responded almost immediately and took care of everything respectfully I’ll most definitely be shopping again !! And this time for the right size 🤭
