Kingbull Bikes – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ugh, seriously disappointed with this milk delivery. I was looking forward to having it for my morning coffee, but when I picked up the container, the darn thing was cracked! Milk had leaked out all over the place, making a huge mess inside the delivery bag and on my doorstep. It's just unacceptable. You expect the packaging to hold up, especially for something perishable like milk. Total waste of money and a hassle to clean up. Definitely won't be ordering this brand again anytime soon. Need to find a more reliable option.

I ordered an e-bike from Kingbull in December. The bike arrived with a broken brake. I took it to a repair shop to find out the shocks are also leaking. The company refuses to accept the return - I've been going back and forth with them on email for months because they don't have a phone number. (It's now the end of Feb - this has been going on since Dec.) Now I'm stuck with a broken bike I paid over $1k for. Awful customer service and poorly built products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
