kiara sky – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

On 07/06/23 I gave Kiara Sky 1 STAR review. I am happy to report that they made it right. They apologized and are sending me a new bottle...full this time. :-) Thank you Kiara Sky for correcting the error! ;-)

I like the products but takes forever to ship.

I haven't received my package yet but this review is based on customer service alone. I ordered some products from kiara sky, shipping didn't take that long but I never received my package, after it being "delivered". I live in an apartment complex that has mail lockers that are supposed to be used by delivery companies, however FedEx doesn't like to use them so they leave our packages out in the open. I honestly think fedex steals packages, because my packages from them rarely show up and they never have proof of delivery. Anyways, my package was stolen and since I got package protection, they replaced my order and shipped out a new one. Great customer service!

I was reluctant to purchase Kiara Sky because it's a little pricey. They recently had sale on their website so I went for it. I received my package a couple days ago and tried it out last night. The only negative is that the dip manicure took me longer than I expected, over an hour. Despite the time I LOVE MY NAILS! Really does look like I came from the salon and I didn't use much product so I think in the long run I'll save money (and hopefully get faster!) I usually don't write reviews but wanted to share my experience for others that might be on the fence like I was. Just try to buy the colors that have the swatches on the hand so you can see what you're getting.

I called to update my address before shipping and a real person answered right away and changed it for me, she was super nice! I also received my order within a week! I loved everything in my order, especially the Gelly tips-what a game changer and saves me so much $$ now that I can do my own nails at home with a pro finish! 💅 Will definitely be ordering again soon!
