I received excellent customer service from Jessica I am shocked to see the bad reviews for Kendra I love their jewellery and they offer free shipping to UK. I wish they still had a UK store. Anne

After leaving a 2-star review about shipping, I deleted it. Why? Because Kendra Scott used a different type of delivery for the Christmas rush. I was over the moon with the speedy shipping. While there was a simple glitch with one piece of jewelry, I did visit the store in person. Customer Service emailed me promptly and this was another HUGE plus. I hope the company continues to build back up after many negative reviews. Thank you!

Well, I was disappointed in the quality of some earrings I purchased Dec 2023 . My daughter had requested a necklace for Christmas and I saw the earrings on their site and decided to treat myself. The earrings were cute but the clasp on one of them would not stay closed (I never even wore them b/c this was an issue from the get go) . I found the 30 day return policy limiting b/c I hadn't noticed /gotten to it (with the X-mas shopping /other returns etc) and by the time I tried to initiate a return, I was out of that timing window. I wrote a review reflecting disappointment in both the product's quality and the limited time for returns (I was annoyed, but figured I was just out of luck). To my surprise I got a personal email back and a very helpful and understanding sales associate (Sara F) helped negotiate a return for store credit. Although the product didn't work out, I appreciated the help and that in the end, I wasn't stuck with unwearable jewelry.

I had made an online purchase and applied my 50% off birthday discount, but after the order was placed, it changed it to only 20% off. I was frustrated and contacted Customer Support the next day, and they were very helpful! Dionne fixed it for me immediately and was so kind. As for the quality of the items, I have never had an issue with the jewelry, either.

After placing an order of jewelry boxes and necklaces online for Christmas, I went to the Kendra Scott - Short Hills Mall, New Jersey location to exchange one of the jewelry boxes because my daughter wanted a different color. One week later, I went to wrap presents, and I realized that I left one of the KS necklaces in the jewelry box I had returned. I was so upset. I went back to the store the next day, explained the whole story (and showed my receipts). The saleswoman, Hannah, was so kind and understanding, and replaced the necklace. The holiday season is a stressful time, and to receive such kindness after I had made a mistake meant so much. Thank you to Hannah at Kendra Scott - Short Hills for remembering what the holiday season is all about.
