Jurlique Australia – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

AVOID! Jurlique.co.uk. Their website returns a message about technical difficulties/unable to process orders. I made the mistake of trying again to place my order but got same message on second attempt about technical difficulties. Then, I received 2 emails confirming my order - the same order duplicated. Emails to customer care have been returned as 'undeliverable'; the telephone number I had in my contacts list, 0800 80 85877 gives a message stating that they cannot take calls (I note that in the last couple of days, the number has been removed from their website). Worryingly, I’m still receiving promotional emails from Jurlique UK. Such a shame as I’m a longstanding customer & I love their products. They obviously have problems Emails to Customer Care, Australia HQ: Jurlique.com.au, respond with a message that they are dealing with high volumes - not surprising. All I want is a response so I can request a refund for the unwanted duplicate order. Please save yourself the annoyance and avoid.
