The customer service is second to none. Ordered a medium that was too large. I spoke with a gentleman who asked me to take pictures with it on and send it to him. He immediately said that it was too large and to send back and get the small. He was fabulous. On sending it back via a code provided by him, I went to UPS which is only three miles away, all was completed. That was the easiest return in my life. This purchase was a replacement for our previously well-worn harnesses after three years. Love the improvements on the 2.0 harnesses. So easy to get on. Now, the clasp is still strong but easier to open with one hand.
