jlab - are phenomenally good audio, only surpassed by their support! Thanks JLab would recommend you guys to anyone.

I can’t praise this company enough. I recently experienced an issue with my ear buds which were just still within the 2 year warranty. I emailed them on a Saturday evening and received an immediate reply. No I don’t mean an automated reply. They were asking for proof of purchase etc so I replied on Sunday morning. I didn’t expect a further reply until Monday, but sure enough the reply was received the very same day and my warranty was confirmed. Instructions were provided by them on how to order replacements on their website which I did. Within 24 hrs I received a replacement FOC delivered by Riyal Mail recorded delivery. Excellent hassle free service- well done guys

I recently experienced JLab's customer service first-hand, and it was nothing short of outstanding. Lourdes from the support team was a beacon of professionalism, responding promptly and empathetically to my issue with my JLab earphones. The resolution offered was swift, exceeding my expectations and ensuring my continued enjoyment of my JLab Work Buds. The communication was clear, kind, and reassuring throughout the process, making me feel valued and understood. Receiving my items swiftly allowed me to get back to my routine without missing a beat, a testament to JLab's efficiency and customer focus. For those considering JLab for their audio needs, know that you're not just getting quality products but also exceptional support that genuinely cares about your satisfaction. A big thank you to Lourdes and the JLab Support Team for making my experience so positive. I wholeheartedly recommend JLab to anyone for their unmatched customer service and product excellence.

I like to walk around a park and dictate emails, notes, etc. into my phone recorder app. It’s gotten very cold, so I thought it would be a good idea to get a Blue Tooth headset, connect it to my Android phone in my pocket and put my hands in gloves for my evening stroll. Based on Amazon Reviews, I bought the JLab Go Work Wireless headset. It connected fairly easily to my phone, and I made a few phone calls. The headset worked beautifully. Then I tried it on my computer and after faffing about with settings (which is always the case with Blue Tooth) , the sound quality was very crisp, very clean . I tested the microphone via Audacity, and after fiddling with the settings, got excellent recording quality. So I put on my gloves and connected the headset to my Android phone (which I set in my pocket) and went for my walk. I dictated about 45 minutes worth of emails etc. before I went home. Downloaded the audio files only to find 45 minutes of faint rustling. I couldn't believe it. I tested the headset on the phone, discovered that the waveform was barely 5 db! I spent an afternoon searching the Internet trying to figure out if it was problem with the headset or a problem with the phone. I finally found the Android built in EQuing and boosted it as high it would go. Absolutely nada. I even called JLab Tech Support. All the nice agent could suggest was that I boost the volume toggle on the earphones, which, as I expected, boosted playback but did nothing for the microphone. A few more futile hours on the Internet, and I came across an obscure Reddit post that explained the problem. Google has deliberately CRIPPLED Android so that you can use an external mic, such Blue Tooth, or wired, at a reasonable volume ONLY on phone calls AND Google apps. Microphone input to ALL other third-party apps (such as Zoom or WhatsApp voicemail or an Audio Recorder) will be throttled down to 5 db or so (as many, many people using these apps have discovered much to their dismay). Google claims this undisclosed passive-aggressive throttling is for "security" reasons. The JLab Go Work seems like an excellent headset as long as you don’t connect it to a phone using Android!

I've been using JLab earbuds for a few years now and they have been great. Sound quality on all of the products I have owned has been excellent and they include features not usually found at their price point. The earbuds have all been very reliable with the exception of one pair which started misbehaving after about 6 months. Unfortunately these things can happen but JLab support and warranty service was excellent - I simply provided them with a copy of my proof of purchase and after sending them an email to prove disposal of the faulty item I was sent a credit to redeem on the Jlab website. The credit is to the value of the faulty product as currently listed on their website and not the purchase price you paid, so you wont lose out if you bought the item on promotion. You can redeem your credit against anything on their website and in my case I decided to pay a little extra and buy a higher end model. The replacements arrived within a few days and are my best earbuds yet!
