iMobie – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

While the program didn't work for my needs to backup and merge Whatsapp data, Sissi at iMobie was very responsive and courteous and tried the best to help. When I wasn't able to make it work using her guidance, she quickly issued the refund and was apologetic. I really appreciate her support and the company is good to work with in that regard. I gave four stars because my particular issue couldn't be resolved with the software, but when I was worried about the company scamming me and keeping my money, especially based on some reviews, I was reassured that the company is legitimate and will honor the refund policy.

A fully good experience with the support center, I was refunded rapidly 'cause my iPad 3 was too old for the help I needed. The support center understood my problem, has tried to solve it with another software they had. Many thanks to be here for us.

I bought the app to unlock an iPhone. Downloaded app to my Mac desktop stated: corrupted file move to trash Contacted imobie a few emails trying to resolve issue . Not possible so Immediately refunded my money . Great customer service .

Though I cannot use iMovie with my device at this time (iPad 4 Air, 2nd Generation), I am impressed with what iMobie can do with other devices. I hope I will have the opportunity soon to employ iMobie products with a comparable device. With iMobie's attn to increasing the coverage and depth of its products to match consumer need and use, this likely will not be a protracted hold. When I contacted support, I received remarkably efficient, thorough, professional, and uniquely extraordinary customer service--though our business is a no-go until iMobie develops software for my device, or I buy a different device that is compatible with iMobie's products. I appreciate the explanation that was detailed, respectful, and informative. I appreciate the expediency with which my refund is being dispatched. I have had the experience of having been heard, having been understood, having been valued as a prospective customer, and the overall experience of having been served well. Their time and their attention are theirs, and they gave both generously to my matters.

Unglaublich aber wahr: Dank der Anytrans Software konnte ich meinen alten (aber wie ein Uhrwerk laufenden) iPod Classic G5 wieder mit neuer Musik bestücken. Dies bietet so gut wie KEIN Anbieter an! Die meisten anderen Anbieter bieten nur Backuplösungen oder keinen direkten Zugriff an. Auch sind 99% einfach nicht MacOS kompatibel. Die Software ist wunderbar clean, funtionell und schnell. Für mich das Geld locker wert und so kann ich (z.B. zum Sport) meine Musik wieder Überall mit hinnehmen und kann meinen Handyakku schonen bzw. habe meine gesamte 60 GB Bibliothek immer am Start. Ein Traum. Kein neuer Payer nötig und sogar besser als es iTunes je war. Ich bin schwer begeistert!
