iDOO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I received an Idoo Hydroponics Garden Kit IG201 for my birthday but it fails because of that 'oh so common' complaint - "inadequate and poor instructions". Lots of bits and pieces that are off-putting when you open up the kit but, most of all, it's a kit that depends on a water pump but the instructions do not tell me where to stick the pump (yes, I can think of a few places) which is integral to the operation of the whole thing. No pics of it in position but a dark photgraph on page 3 which is impossible to make out. Lots of unexplained bits like black moustaches and mouldings in the case that are unexplained. Care has been taken to try and illuminate the reader but it's not a good try. By and large, it's all a bit flummoxing, why cannot manufacturers - and those who market their products - get together with potential buyers and find out the drawbacks of what they are flogging? As may be evident, pretty irritated with this.
