Host Dime – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was with this company for over 10 years, it was excellent and last year or so I have a horrible experienced with them, servers are down for many hours and many days on the same month, and they close down their online tech support when ever there's a problem. I have lost 4 important clients because of their absolutely poor service. I am in the process of changing the hosting company, Do not recommend for anyone, stay away.. Disaster

Rude "client relations" like Thomas B, hidden charges, unscrupulous termination fees. Raising fees with no added services, nickle and dime everything.. Heaven forbid the payment is ever a day late, no calls, just threats of shutting down service.. Sorry we do 8million a year in sales, yes we can't afford the 850.00 a month. Skeleton crew always no matter time of day. Nothing would get resolved without "checking with someone and they will contact you"

This company has completely gone down hill in the past year. Repeated, extended, unexplained service outages combined with a support department that is uncommunicative and unhelpful. My firm is now looking for an alternative hosting service - definitely stay away!!!!

I've been a client of HostDime since 2004 and absolutely appreciate their ability to go beyond the "typical support" and help me out in time of need. Being a freelance webdesigner for over 15 years it's obvious to me that in all levels of business management you MUST surround yourself with people smarter than you.. but, collectively you out do them as you're the boss! HostDime will not leave you standing in the cold.. end of story.
