Millican – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

DO NOT BUY THESE BAGS. Honestly the quality is awful, and the company is incompetent. I ordered a bag from them for the sole reason of it being waterproof, as it said it was in the description. The bag was not actually delivered to me as they use Evri, a notoriously bad delivery service, and it wasn’t till I managed to get hold of Millican that they noticed, and two weeks later the bag finally arrived as it should have. The bag was okay. Nothing to write home about. But when it rained the inside got soaked. So I decided I had to return it as I had not got what I ordered. IT TOOK A MONTH! Of painful painful correspondence via their awful website. In the end I managed to return it to them, they promised me they’d pay me a full refund plus postage, I supplied proof of postage, they agreed. But a surprise to no one they forgot to send it along with the refund. I never chased it up as dealing with this company is the worst thing I’ve ever tried to do. You can’t ring, you can’t email.

Would be zero if possible. Didn't even get as far as ordering as queried an offer that had bulk of saving removed by delivery charge. They are typical 'fluff' business online. Promote all of the 'buttons' to be perceived as local, ethical, green etc etc but hide behind technology from the get go. Very poor attitude and has feel of being 'found out' when you engage with the chat bot. VERY SHODDY SERVICE!

I will not be using this company again. Their website says UK returns are free. This is not accurate. I printed off the return label for my order and took it to the post office, only then to discover the label is not prepaid. I contacted Millican customer services and was advised they do not have prepaid labels ‘at this time’. They advised me to pay for the return postage myself and then claim it back. After contacting Millican and providing evidence of the return postage cost, I only received a partial refund for the return postage. I have queried this with them and despite their promises to pay the difference, nothing was done and now they want my PayPal details instead. Do not use this company if you think there is a chance you might want to return something, i.e. because the item is unsuitable or you’ve changed your mind etc, as Millican will not refund the original delivery cost and it’s a palaver getting your return postage refunded.

Absolutely brilliant service,communication,super fast delivery, and top notch products.would highly recommend. Well done Millican,if only all online sales were as hassle free as this.👍

First off, let me say that the quality and design of Millican bags is exceptional. I have absolutely no concerns that this bag will last for a very long time. The use of sustainable materials in making the bag is also a big plus for me (though see my comments below, about "environmental waste"). I docked one star (and almost two) because of some very basic problems with what I'd loosely call "communication". (1) Descriptions and photos online are not very helpful. I had to return one bag (Oli) because ambiguous descriptions made it seem like it had an external 15" laptop sleeve - in fact, the bag came with a tag that said it had one! I swapped for another, very similar style (Fraser) that does have an external 15" laptop sleeve. It's a shame, because this issue is easily remedied with a bit more attention to detail in the site descriptions, and the error resulted in environmental waste (two deliveries, with two lots of packaging). (2) I'm also a bit disappointed that I had to pay for delivery of the replacement, as I feel like the error was due to poor descriptions on the Web site. (3) The colour of the replacement bag (supposedly "rust") was absolutely nowhere near the photo - it was claret (fine if I'm an Aston Villa supporter, I suppose). I know the site says that colours may vary slightly, but this is more than a variation, it's VERY different. (4) The package came with an unrequested brochure, printed on very high-quality almost card-stock paper - not great for the environment! I have since recycled it.
