Great prices and customer service. Shipping not the best though in terms of speed. Got my product I think about 7-8 days from when I ordered. One of my devices had issues within 30 days and they offered to talk to the manufacturer. In another case, my device had an issue after 30 days. They don't provide support for this but they at least pointed me to the right place. That's good customer service compared to other vendors I've talked to. They also have a good selection of products. I'm pretty happy with their service and will shop here again.

Ordered a Puffco Proxy 12/25 @1:08 pm, received delivery 12/29 @2:11 pm. The price was the best anywhere on the web ($216.27 after discount out the door). Could not be happier !! I will definitely do business with Headshop again.

Communication wasn't great, but I ordered on Thursday, and received the product on Monday. Bottom line: I would order from them again.
