Emily made the purchase of our settees and dining chairs very easy. Her pleasant personality was an extra bonus. Unfortunately when it came to delivery things went awry. The table we ordered had not been delivered to the warehouse. Emily again stepped in and sorted it out. Come the delivery day “no table” to say I was annoyed is putting it lightly. We spoke with Raylene and she checked with Emily. Anyway a short story long we got the table the next day. Thank you Raylene. Once again a huge pat on the back to Emily. She is a star.

I just purchased a DishDrawer over the phone from Mt Roskill Harvey Norman store, Jeevan was really helpful and made it so easy, answered all my questions and was patient. A good communicator. Absolutely fantastic service from Sam in computer section. As old folk not up to date with technology , He really took his time to explain every product and what was best for us. We shop here for most of our products, the Mandurah shop has always dealt with us with complete integrity. Sam’s a treasure and he also has confidence in his management because they pride themselves on honesty and take into consideration your personal circumstances. No hard sell just honestly. We always get the extended warranty and have had to use that on a few products and it’s been invaluable. No problems at all to get repairs etc sorted, so peace of mind for us. Chas at the computer repair area knows his stuff, we had to get an old laptop sorted he was onto it and fixed asap. Nick the manager is doing a great job as his staff speak very highly of him. That’s always a good indication of good business practice.

We went to Harvey Norman Taree and found a table setting, chairs and sideboard we liked and bonus it was on sale. The salesman was very nice and said the stock would come from the Melbourne warehouse ,once loaded onto a truck it goes to Sydney where it is reloaded onto another truck, apparently this takes between 5 to 6 weeks, including its stop over in Sydney which takes a week. This order was for approximately $8,300. But I'd really like to know how on earth can it take a least 5 weeks, where stock is available,to get from Melbourne to Taree. Is this how you run your company Gerry. We found something similar in Forster. Delivery time 3 days.
