Harry & David – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Excellent products and service! They treated me SO well and the gifts I ordered were delivered on time. I definitely would recommend them and order again and again!

I'm kind of surprised by all the bad reviews, but I guess most people only come here when something goes wrong. Here's the good: The items I've sent with H&D so far have been great and have spread a lot of joy. Here's the not-so-good: The shipping needs work. You definitely need to plan your orders ahead. The standard shipping is 7-10 business days. This includes the time it takes H&D to pack things up apparently, as I've learned the 'ship date' doesn't happen until 2-3 days after I place the order. If you're like me, and you're excited for your friends/family to receive their gift, you'll get tired of checking the for the Fedex shipping ID by the third day only to find the label hasn't yet been created. I am sure that shipping fresh foods and getting them to arrive in good shape is not an easy task, but hopefully in the future items can get out the door a little quicker. I give them a '5' for the amazing assortment. '5' for quality. '5' for level of happiness when recipient receives their gift. ....and a 3.5 for shipping speed.

I remember my family receiving Harry & David gifts when I was a kid and they were so delightful. I have ordered holiday boxes for friends and myself for the past several years. All the fruit has arrived in excellent condition and in a timely manner. I did not specify a date for delivery which seems to be most reviewers complaint. The pears are just as sweet and juicy as I remember. The cheese and sausage in the gift boxes is on the smaller side, but makes a nice companion to the fruit.

The customer service at Harry and David is as excellent as the quality of their product. My agent was so helpful and the feedback to the issue I was having was almost immediate. Literally within an hour I had heard back from the company regarding an email I had sent, and within minutes they had addressed it, taken care of it completely - I was really impressed. I sent a lot of these gourmet baskets because of the presentation, the assortment and different varieties available. I totally recommend Harry and David and their staff. A real pleasure to deal with!

My family and I have used Harry and David a lot for gifting. Always beautiful packaging. I did call this year because one of the packages in a gift tier was opened (probably via shipping) Customer service was excellent and a new package was received in a few days.
