Harrods – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I visited yesterday in Edinburgh to purchase some Kayali perfume and found the store to be extremely welcoming! I'm trans and sometimes my experience in stores can vary some are awful some are as you'd expect but Harrods was above and beyond. Jessie approached and asked if i needed assistance she then helped me try out some makeup products i was interested in and left me feeling beautiful! I got myself a nice little beauty haul and a reward card during my visit and i never once felt like i wasn't welcome. The range of perfumes they have is great and they stock a lot of makeup brands you can't get anywhere else outwith ordering online. One final thing there was another assistant i can't remember her name but the receipt says Bassant hopefully that is correct as i would also like to thank her :) she was helpful with the perfume and during checkout helped me select some free samples and sign up for the reward card. I highly recommend the Edinburgh store the staff are amazing! i will certainly be back for more purchases :D. ps. The little shopping baskets and bags for the purchases are extremely cute.

We to Harrods In Knightsbridge London for a day out with my mom. I wanted to have a look at some perfumes from L’artisan Parfumeur. When we got there we were greeted by Suzanne, she was very lovely and professional, happy to answer all of our questions. I tried 2 of the perfumes and then decided to go walk around a bit and see what they will smell like after a bit and have a little durability test as well. One of the perfumes was much stronger in smell but I liked the smell on the other one better, even tho the other one was the actual reason we went there in the first place. When we got back we explained Suzanne our concerns about the durability of the parfume cause one of then was much stronger and we were more inclined to the lesser one. She kindly explained that one of the perfumes is definitely stronger as it has a more intense smell then the other, however this won’t affect the durability of the smell on the other one it just won’t be that strong as it has a more softer fragrance to it. Seeing how undecided I was, she offered to give samples of the one I won’t buy so I can still have both and test them at home. I decided to go for the one that wasn’t strong simply because I liked the smell more. Suzanne was very kind and offered a lot of samples not just from the one she offered but from more other fragrances and not just for me but also for my mother which we really appreciate. We left the store amazed on how many samples we got even tho we only purchased one perfume. It was one of the best experiences we had in the store as many times staff tend to make us feel unwelcomed and unfit for the store just because we don’t dress fancy and rich. The professionalism and the awesome customer service Suzanne had really made our day. It was one of the best in store experiences I ever had. And not just because of the amount of samples we got but of the way we were treated and served. Give this lady a raise cause she deserves it !
