Hamleys – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Was surprised to read so many negative reviews. My visit to Hamleys with my grandchildren was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped foot in the store, we were greeted with excitement. The wide selection of toys and games, catered to all my grandchildren. A hard thing to happen. The staff at Hamleys were friendly and did their best to interact with the children. Have been delaying going to Hamleys for a few years, but it surpassed all my expectations.

loved the variety, a bit pricey but worth the experience

Purchased a teddy bear in store at Hamleys, upon returning home found it had a small hole in the stitching. Contacted Customer Service by phone who offered a full refund with freepost returns or a partial refund if retained. All was sorted within a couple of hours. Really pleased with the experience.

We bought a toy from the Hamley's store in Regent St and when we got home found it to be faulty. I contacted customer service via email and received a response straight away. New toy replaced straight away by really helpful customer service. Outstanding service and will most definitely be making purchases from Hamley's again! Thank you.

Not much of a review of Hamley's but a message of thanks to Shah who was working the door outside Hamley’s when I was knocked off my bike on Regent Street by a pedestrian. Whilst the pain wasn’t enjoyable I lost a valuable item down the drain outside of the store. Shah and a couple of members of the public helped me back to my feet and ingeniously fashioned a retrieval device out of an umbrella and lot of sellotape. It was an unbelievable show of kindness, creativity and determination and he is a credit to Hamley’s. Thank you Shah and have a lovely festive season. Steve
