I ordered the dress that has been flooding my FB feed. The dress is very cute but I didn't like how it looked on me. I will say that maybe a size up would have fit better, but at the end of the day, I am not a "busty" person so this dress was not flattering on me....flattening, maybe. I began the return process and to my surprise, it was offered for me to keep the dress and they would send me a gift card to order something else. I thought that was a very nice way of doing customer service because returning things is always a hassle. I gave the dress to someone else and ordered a different style that I absolutely love.

Thanks for working to resolve this issue. The USPS indicated my order from Halara was delivered on July 22, 2023, but I did not receive the package. I contacted both the USPS and HALARA to report the package as undelivered. Later, I found the package on my porch on July 29, 2023. I am pleased with the order and service.
