A handy website for booking rooms. I stayed in London and was pleasantly surprised that it was possible to stay in such a beautiful place. I personally think it is one of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in!

I stayed at the London hotel (Cumberland) recently and the hotel and staff were excellent. Additionally I lost my wedding ring and the hotel found it. They also ensured I got it back and sent it in the post to me. That is going way above the call of duty to ensure they look after their guests.

Hotel: The Tower by Guoman I have stayed at this hotel previously and I have to say they never disappoint me. The rooms are very nice. The views are always spectacular, really friendly staff and one of the comfiest beds I have stayed in. I will definitely be staying here again in the near furture.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a 2 day trip to London , I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The reception staff was frendly and helpful the hotel was immaculate as too the room,the breakfast is to die for and all the breakfast staff were friendly ,pleasant ,chatty and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage on the last day in a secure room that was manned and safe, this enabled us to have a full day in London with out lugging luggage around. If you want luxury stay here.

I have stayed at Charing cross hotel in London a couple of times on business trips. The hotel holds a high standard in general. The Staff is friendly and service minded. Breakfast is pretty good with a lot of variety. Perfect location in London at trafalga square, which is also reflected in the price though. Standard rooms seem a bit ordinary and plan compared to the price.
