The worst online platform ever exsist, the layout and surface is awful and not friendly use and very confusing, its a challenge to browse it

My subscription has been renewed without my consent or even a notification other than a bill which is sent to you a week later, and there is no way to get in touch with them to claim a complaint or get in touch with customer service/support. They have a "contact us" but that just gives errors and "try next again later" prompt every time I try.

Any one guide me plz it's real or fake

The platform for employers is good. but the customer service experience was not. delay in the replay, Saturday and Sunday off. even you can't make payment on holidays.
