Every time I receive a notification from a supplier stating "good news, your order is with Evri for delivery" my heart sinks. Why grow gorgeous insist on using them is beyond me Goods don't arrive, arrive late, arrive damaged but the latest one takes the biscuit. FIVE days ago I received this notification: "This parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist Evri courier will need to deliver it. We're sorting this now and we'll update your tracking as soon as it's on its way" For context, this is 4, 250ml bottles of shampoo. It is not a large parcel. And have had no update since from Evri or Grow Gorgeous. Have had problems before with an order paid for, then cancelled by them without any communication or refund! Absolute farce and sadly won't be ordering from this company again.

Really bad in trying to resolve any declined orders when using a One4all card. This has happened a couple of times now. When trying to upload screen shots of my error message, the system also wouldn't accept it, and I sent the info via their Facebook as a message instead. Grow Gorgeous responded via my account asking again for my non-mandatory but helpful screen shot, again, I advised aboht their system issue. They then advised me to use an alternative card payment, as they couldn't be bothered to fix the actual issue. One4all confirmed an issue at their end, and had to liaise with them, since they also cancelled my order without resolving my issue!!! Since One4all's great assistance, my order FINALLY went through on Grow Gorgeous's website. They are so unprofessional and lazy / un-trained customer service staff. They couldn't care less to be honest. I refused to be forced into using a different card, they are listed on One4all's website as a retailer, therefore, they're obliged to accept these cards.

Their products are great, but i would recommend to buy them any where else if possible, since their customer service is terrible. I have been in contact with their customer service and each time i just feel like i'm wasting my time - because i am. The first time it was to ask about their product, they clearly didn't know anything about their own products and just guessed and told what they thought instead of investigating. Second time was this weekend where i tried to make an order, they had an offer for a free sample size that i qualifies for so i took that. I went to my cart and tried purchasing. Since they offer free shipping over 25 GBP and i qualified for free shipping i was offered that at the checkout - HOWEVER, for no apparent reason at all they decided to divide my order in two and force me to pay for shipping the sample size. This is where i reached out to customer service via Facebook who was a waste of time. Their responses took 24 hours each time, they provided zero solutions and they lied. I have ordered from their UK site several times, but now - all of a sudden this wasn't good enough. It wasn't until today - Monday, they returned and told me that now i had to purchase from the german site - NO WHERE IS THIS STATED. It took so long for customer service to get back to me that the offer ran out. I was given no excuses, no solutions and no compensation and i lost the offer i was trying to get. The response from customer service was 'I am sorry you feel this way'.
