Be careful with them. I had a 3 year plan with them that provided the benefits i wanted. I got an email to renew, which I did. To my surprise. THE NUMBER ONE FEATURE that I wanted was no longer in the plan. To get that feature, I had to switch to a different plan, with an EXTREMELY similar name. I called customer support because I was confused. The agent did manage to explain to me what happened, at least.

They tell you they'll buy your solar energy and bank credits until your 1 year contract is up when they say next year it's going to cost $10 a month no matter what and you can't bank credits. Then they'll send you targeted ads telling you they don't flip flop the things they offer.

I would certainly recommend this energy supplier. I have a long story with my previous energy supplier. We quarreled a lot because it didn't execute its duties properly. Finally, couple of months ago I decided to break all the relations up with this energy supplier and found this one right away. I just clicked the very first link in the internet and started to meet new conditions toward energy supplying. There were some unclear moments, but the representative of this company politely explained me all the details and we oncluded an agreement. Now i use the services from this company and I am really glad that I once met it.
