Golden Monk – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The quality of their products is really good. Their customer service sucks. My first order got to me just fine but the second order got lost by UPS. UPS sent them a claim form for them to fill out and send back to UPS. I have contacted Edgar at customer service several times on this and all I get is "no, there's claims from UPS on this order" and "let me get in contact with fulfillment staff; Please stand by for an update" but no updates ever comes. UPS sent me a copy of the form they need to fill out and I sent it to Edgar so there shouldn't be any problems. I am the one always contacting them and this is getting really old really fast. I am out of $99.56 right now. Can you afford a financial loss if your package gets lost? If not, consider ordering from someone else.
