She was so good, crazy fast, empathetic and nonjudgmental. Being 41 and so sick you can't brush your own hair is demoralizing. I needed my hair de-matted. She was JUST what I needed and all my fears and embarrassment just melted away immediately. I just really wanted to express my very deep appreciation. I am on my way to feeling like a human again!
