Giz Modern – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They are at least responsive (which is why I gave them two stars); but, the responses don’t solve the problem. I purchased a small (the site said it was tiny but it’s not) power bank. It never worked right. I contacted Gizmodern right after the purchase and told them the problem. There was some back and forth; but no resolution to the problem. They did not offer to send me a new power bank. I stopped using the device. I found it about a year later and gave it a try again before I threw it out. It had totally stopped working. I remembered that I had paid a lot for it. So, I reached out and asked for a replacement. They responded and said since it had been a year they would send me a new one for a $20.00 shipping fee. I declined. The first one never worked right. I wasn’t going to spend money for another one that might not work.

Contattato PayPal adesso vedremo se e come si risolverà... resta il fatto che devo spedirgli gli articoli ed essendo in un altro continente devo compilare tanti documenti e cose, e non è per niente facile...
