Found this company via Amazon, had a size issue outwith the return time, contacted them direct and it was a please to speak to Steven McDonald who without any quibble allowed me to change my shoes. Customer service like this is thin on the ground these days. I will now use you for golf products.

I’m quite surprised by the number of negative reviews. I’ve bought a bag, putter, numerous balls and clothing both online and in store from Gamola and never had an issue. The guys in the shop are always friendly and quick to ask if you need help. Like all stores you can sometimes find a better price elsewhere but actually quite a few times they’ve been best value. I needed a different shaft for the wife's driver. Found one on their website. I phoned them to get additional photographs so I could make sure it was the right one. The photos were sent within a few minutes. I order the shaft on Wednesday it was delivered on Friday it was exactly as described. Faultless service, thank you.

Excellent on all fronts! Although I initially received the wrong size golf shoes (could have been a problem at any point in the Amazon system), Steve and his team at Gamola were straight onto it - free postage label sent immediately and the correct size sent with no hassle and arrived within 48 hours.
