They only hire through temp agencies. And after working with them for a little over a year they moved me to the department manager over packing and shipping. (pick verify) This “promotion” was only the added stress with no extra pay. I never made more or less than $8.50/hr, and the employees hired after me to work in my department made $10.00/hr. The people were good people, but everyone who works outside of the offices is mistreated and underpaid. Luckily I was able to find work elsewhere making substantially more money. However alot of the people who worked there simply could not find work elsewhere. Not to mention they used to make umbrellas, these quickly left their product lineup due to them leaking on the user lol Its a sad place, don’t work here or buy from here.
