Very prompt response and they resolved the issue. I had a take back bag from way back and they were able to help me pull up a new shipping label.

I had made a mistake with my order, I selected the express check out option by mistake which didn't prompt me to double check my shipping address. Lakeitha in customer service really went above and beyond trying to remedy this for me. They contacted each individual vendor on my behalf and was able to get my order re-shipped to my updated address. Thank you for your jumping into action and helping me get the products replaced and sent to a new updated address. Lakeitha is the best.
