Flextailgear – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered one , came , doesn't work , complained and they posted another that doesn't work . Shame

I ordered several dozen items and was told they would ship within 5 days. Before I paid Flextail responded within just a few hours. Once I paid my invoice they forgot about me. Over a month later my items still had not shipped after getting a different excuse each week. Above that they acted like they did not understand or speak English. I finally had to raise a claim with Visa since they refuse to process a refund. Sad because the products are really great. Don’t buy and wont be using in the future- I’ll find another brand that does the same thing.

The tiny repellent truthfully is no more useful as a chocolate fire guard complete waste of money.

I ordered a Tiny Repel which arrived fairly quickly having been posted from China, around 10 days. It didn't work so I contacted customer services to report the matter and they said they would send me some newer replacement mats. After three weeks I contacted them again to say said mats hadn't arrived to which they replied they hadn't yet been sent out! I'm afraid this is a company who once they have your money don't care beyond that. If these mats don't work, if they ever arrive, I will be raising a chargeback with Visa.

Order process easy, tracking provided, quality of the product (Tiny Pump 2X) very good. Pleased with quality of the vacuum bags also and being able to attach the pump in reverse to the bag is a great idea. Love the fact that the pump is so small and lightweight and also has a light.
