fetch – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We are so glad that we got this pet insurance and if we didn't have it we would likely not have a dog anymore. He survived a surgery and was hospitalized for 6 nights. Submitting the claims was quick and easy. We also got reimbursed within two weeks of submitting the claims. Getting pet insurance was one of the best decisions we ever made!

I've been with Fetch for about 2 years and they have been fair and consistent. They communicate quickly and clearly and have fairly reimbursed me for my pet's claims. I am glad that I selected Fetch as my pet insurance company.

My experience with Fetch Insurance has been okay. I have had to file a big expense recently and was reimbursed, thankful for that. I do see that my monthly payment has gone up about $20 a month and that is a concern, however. I have had this policy about 4 years and have not had to file many claims up until this year, my dog has just had a difficult time, hoping soon this gets resolved.

Fetch does exactly what they say they're going to do! They pay out in a timely manner and explain the entire claim process to make sure you're uploading the correct documents. Customer service team is wonderful and so helpful. Fetch insurance has helped cover 80% of the cost of our dog's lymphoma treatment.
