Fenwick – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I love visiting Fenwick department store but after reading some comments about online customer service I was a bit concerned what would happen when I tried to connect with someone to tell them that the mugs I ordered online were broken. I need not have worried. I got through to someone quickly on first attempt. Kyle was professional and helpful. Great customer service.

I recently went into Fenwick’s Colchester for a browse at Mother of the Bride outfits. Not intending to try. Lucy offered her help , I ended up trying a few dresses, jackets , Lucy was very helpful, giving advice and matching up accessories with the outfits. I ended up leaving with my dress, jacket and Fascinater. It was such a good experience, I’m not normally one to enjoy this type of thing, but Lucy made me feel very relaxed and at ease. After reading all these bad reviews I was afraid to order from Fenwick, but oh my..I couldnt be happier that I tried my chance. I found Levi's 80s mom jeans for £15 (new model, costs around £100 everywhere, never even saw it under £90) in my size...so I went ahead and paid with Paypal just in case something goes wrong. It arrived 2 days later, the exact item, exact size I ordered. I am very satisfied, and I can only encourage people to buy from them.

Fantastic customer service by Fenwick after I bought a light fitting online. Unfortunately it was faulty but they arranged for it to be collected and a brand new one was delivered straight away. I highly recommend buying from Fenwicks

I shop in Fenwicks Canterbury a lot for clothes and have always experienced brilliant service from staff in both the Womens and, more recently, the Mens department. Today I was served by Ben in Menswear and he really went over and above to help me. He was very polite, helpful and informative and is a definite asset to Fenwicks staff.
