FC-Moto – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Bestilte en hjelm, intercom og et sæt ørepropper. Pakken ankom og alt var som det skulle være. Det tager lidt tid, men man kan ikke forvente "dag til dag levering" når man bestiller fra Tyskland. Det bliver ikke sidste gang jeg handler her 🙂

FC Moto kann ich nur empfehlen! Schnelle Lieferung, Kauf auf Rechnung möglich, was mir persönlich wichtig ist, falls mal was nicht passt. Gut verpackt, Ware einwandfrei, hab ich woanders auch schon anders erlebt. Bin absolut zufrieden, 100% Empfehlung!

Ich habe schon sicher ein Dutzendmal bei FC-Moto bestellt. Vor einigen Jahren noch hat sich die Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen etwas gezogen. Die letzten Bestellungen zeigen einen deutlich verbesserten Service: bestellte Ware in zwei Tagen da, Rückgabe taggleich bearbeitet und erstattet. Ein Rücksendeaufkleber lag bei, einfacher geht es kaum. Aliso inzwischen eine echte Empfehlung. Niveau bitte halten!

I have been ordering from FC-moto for around 8 years now and I couldn't be happier. I'm in Australia and still the delivery times are usually very quick. I had one issue where the part was not actually in stock and another issue where my helmet arrived with a faulty vent. Guys from FC moto were very helpful both times and everything was resolved in a timely manner. Yes there will always be issues with parts that might show in stock but they actually are not but if you haven't worked in a large retail store, you won't understand how complicated it can get. All in all, I'm very happy with the service, prices are great, delivery times are very reasonable so I will definitely keep ordering for these guys!
