Farberware – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

An item was missing from my order and their customer service line does not allow you to speak to a representative. You have to create a "ticket" and send an email and they say they get back to you within 2 business days or "often within a couple of hours" I have had no responses after a week and have sent 4 urgent follow up emails with no response, I finally got a phone number to the Meyer Corp 800-888-3883 and got a live person. Time will tell if he resolved my issue.

Please do not order from this company, their customer service is lacking. I’m missing 3 items from my order and my company has been trying to contact them for 2 weeks no response. They claim they have a phone line, you call the phone line, a bot asks you to email. You email and it’s silence. My HOA will hear of this and steer clear. Dismal, poor service.

Best ever cookware. I have had these cookware items for over 30 yrs. & they still not only cook well, but easy cleaning. Better then frying pans etc. who advertise "non-stick". So anyone seeking to give a wedding gift etc., contemplate purchasing this product.
