Very bad customer service , pricy glasses with no Assurance on guarantee the ones l purchased Weeks ago slip down my nose and the glazing is not flat to the frame , l sent photos with a full explanation To lacy at customer care, they won’t replace after having for some weeks , the advice from Lacy take the Specs to an optician and no they will not replace Don’t buy is my advice not worth the disappointment

Customer service is so rude and unhelpful it seems like a parody. With all the options for the same service online, why give a company your business when their staff can't be bothered to make an effort.

Website prices outside of the USA are wrong as the exclude duties and taxes The cost of returns outside of the USA is excluded and can be very expensive + you CANNOT reclaim the duties and taxes None of the above is very well explained by eyebobs Lastly, their customer services leave a lot to be desired, they need to go to one of the Disney customer services classes - not impressed !

Every pair I have bought (3) have broken in the same exact place at exactly 18months of use. The metal hinge broke. The metal literally broke into two pieces and the arm that goes over your ear just fell off. 100% a quality control issue. Their warranty is 12 months. For 90 bucks I would expect more. I have readers I paid 10 bucks for that have lasted longer. Will not buy from them again.

Lots of great choices in frames that are unique and funky. I had prescription lenses made. They were perfect. The price for my glasses was half of what I usually pay. Great service at the Montgomery Mall store.
