Eufy – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

A mixed feeling about eufy’s products really. I have a fair few of them as my work offered a large discount for some things and they were recommended to me. Firstly my video doorbell is not great. I can never connect to it and the footage takes 10 or so refreshes to appear. The sound has stopped working after only 8 months of use. It’s under a porch and covered from elements so pretty poor. They offered me 10% off another as my warranty ran out. There was a 25% off coupon in the website… needless to say I am probably going to by a ring! The various cameras I have are average. Sometimes perform well, other times not. I also have a robo vacuum and cordless vacuum which I have to say are pretty good. I don’t think I’ll use them anymore for security.

I bought the Eufy S200 video doorbell to replace my Ring camera. The camera quality seemed okay, but it was immediately apparent that the motion sensor was useless. Missed events and false alarms constantly. I used the 30 day money back guarantee to return the item for a full refund. This is when my troubles started. Customer service didn't have a clue what they were doing. They did everything to slow down the process and not return my money at all. A week after the item was returned I contacted them asking for a refund, they then wanted a paypal account even though i'd paid using my debit card. Then they refused a refund saying it had been more than 60 days although at this point it was 30 days and the item had been returned a week before. After a very angry phone call, I finally got the refund. Avoid at all costs!!

Well I had a great experience with Eufy UK customer service. We had one camera that was not charging properly and was under guarantee. I spoke to customer services by phone, tried the various methods suggested by email comms to diagnose the fault, and then determined a replacement was required. We were a bit slow sending off the faulty camera (Christmas and Covid) and they then chased us several times to help resolve matters. 4 days after sending proof of posting, I got the replacement camera. One happy customer!

We’ve been using ‘Dolly’ our Eufy Robot Vacuum G30 Edge for a 1.5 years now & it still works perfectly. Like anything you need to maintain it & replace the filter, brush & spiny thing every so often, but other than that it’s been great at cleaning & saving us few hours a week. The dogs & cat don’t like it though. :-)

Really good security cameras, fantastic picture and so easy to set up. Simple menu to operate for pets, kids, home and away modes. Highly recommend and pleased to praise a fantastic product.
