eTax.com – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

When I filed my 2021 taxes i put in my banks routing number and account number etax automatically changed it without me knowing it. My refund went to Cvista bank, I have been unable to get it back. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!

The fact that I still haven’t gotten my taxes yet, is very upsetting to me. I will use Turbo tax next time and not be charged a fee. I understand the IRS, delivers the money, but after all this I don’t trust this site. Especially electronically, makes even less sense to me.

Rip Off! $127.00 filing fee for a $500.00 return on 1040ez Last year filing my taxes was $45.00, and has been for many years. This year it cost me $127.00 including my return customer 20% discount! No way will I ever use them again. I have been using them for 5 years now but this will be the last for sure! Called their customer service and the woman was seriously rude and yelling that I interrupted her day with a question! What is customer service for again????
