So I ordered from Estee Lauder before I read all the reviews and saw the very low score on trust pilot. I was quite worried to say the least but everything came on time packed beautifully and I got a lot of extras beyond what I had paid, partly through a deal they had going on and through free samples they added for me. I can honestly say I got my moneys worth and more. I'm so happy the day wear face cream, the advanced night repair serum and the eye gel are exactly as they were in the free samples I got in store when I got the double wear foundation (actually stays all day and doesn't go weird on my combination skin) I wanted to put a review here and I'll be adding one to the Estee Lauder uk trust pilot because though I can't speak for others experience but mine was exactly the kind of service I expected from a luxury brand and it honestly exceed my expectations too. Everything was packaged so nicely, that really matters to me after so many times I've bought products form other places and they have came leaking or damaged because of poor packaging. I'll definitely be purchasing again without a doubt. Thanks Estee Lauder I look forward to adding your products to my skincare routine and having a better try on of all my new makeup. I have copied this from my other review of Estee Lauder as a whole but it was to save time and there was 2 trust pilot review pages for the company one here for the UK and another just as Estee Lauder.

I have received great customer service and love the products which, I have been using for over 20 years. However, I phoned EL recently as I hadn't received confirmation that a product had been despatched. I heard the agent as they answered the phone sigh heavily. I recognised that sigh, it was the 'I have to take a call from another difficult customer' sigh. I know this as I once worked for a global prestigious brand in frontline customer service. Please bear in mind when phoning these companies that the agent answering the phone is probably earning minimum wage. It's, not personally their fault that you have received the wrong product, your delivery has been lost etc. They have to work to the Companies rules and follow the Companies procedures, if, they say they can't do whatever it is you are asking them to do, they are not being awkward, lying to you or washing their hands of your issue, they simply cannot do it. Taking back-to-back customer calls from rude unreasonable customers is very stressful. So, be nice. When this particular agent realised I, was going to be nice, I could hear the relief in her voice. Be, thankful someone is prepared to do this job and answer your call.
