I ordered and have been waiting for over one month for the order to arrive. They do not provide you with a tracking number only order number so it shows up on their website now as delivered but I don't know where since I can not track it. Contacted them, no reply. Sent an email again today. I will wait 2 more days and if no reply I will contact paypal. It's a pity! I need to upgrade my review. The dress finally arrived. I gave it a 4 stars for the quality which is good, however it is a tad bit different from the dress on the picture. I also still think that by simply giving clients tracking numbers and not just the location of base on the order number it would give clients peace of mind.

VERY SMALL AND THE POOREST QUALITY EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE COMPANY USES CHEAP MATERIAL !!!!!!!!!!! The is company uses cheap material. I purchased a beaded red wedding dress and when I receive the dress beads were hanging by treads.the dresses does not look anything like the photo.ALL They are nothing like the pictures and are cheaply produced. I have tried to action a return but to no avail.I RESEARCDED the company and i found the company CONTACT INFO which is NINE ONE NINE⁹³⁹²⁵⁴⁴ I contacted them through the this number i was able to get in touch with company customer service Really good customer service!!communicate and the issue was sorted quickly. I rarely give reviews but I had to for this one, everything was right with this dress amazing fit felt like a Queen, I would recommend everyone who is thinking about buying this dress please don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed absolutely amazing elegant dress... 10 stars ⭐️ for me, I also love my beautiful free gift....

I love this dress it was a perfect fit. I am 5ft 168 lbs got a medium. It was a long wait time almost 30 days for shipping. It came from China so that's understandable. I did a standard shipping too. I am sure if we pay extra to expedite it. All was well with my shipping. I will repost my review and photo when I wear it 54 years young in June rocking it for my birthday. Material soft had a small stinch smell but dissappear after I took it out the 🎒 Happy customer for sure 😊 Thanks
