ELF Cosmetics – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

First of all, the website is constantly glitchy every single time I use it. I can only use my coupons if I'm in the US, which I am not and have not been for years. I don't think they even ship to Canada anymore because it doesn't let me change the country of my billing address, so I can no longer order anything at all. The website also keeps switching in between countries for whatever reason. ELF team, PLEASE fix these issues! Until they can actually ship to Canada again, I wouldn't waste my time. I used to love this store so much and now I have to go somewhere else. Thanks ELF.

I ordered on the 12th of December. It's now the 20th and only now is my order status at dispatched but awaiting picking up package by the courier. I ordered from 3 different cosmetics company's 5 days after and received my items 2 days later. Nobody responds to emails, so don't bother until you're ready to give up and get a refund. It's disappointing at how slow this is. I could have got this from a different supplier and I would have been using it a week ago

Ordered 10 days ago and still despite being charged they haven’t even shipped the order yet. I wish I read the reviews here before ordering :/

doesn’t react on my emails i have ordered but not received an order mail. but i have payed i was in panic because i paid +- 60 euros and i don’t received a confirmation i really want answer where my package is but i don’t recieve answer

Placed an order 5 days ago, no shipping email. Says it’s still processing. Have been trying to contact customer service for days and heard nothing. And my moneys already been taken
