Eelway WW – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I tried to book on my smartphone to leave a bag at Toulouse. My card details were confirmed, three times, but the booking button didn't work. The transactions appear to be kept on hold, but nothing has been taken from my account - but nothing else has happened, either.

I don't really know where to start. I cannot recommend their service. Although they advertise a phone help line the only option to contact they provide is by email and they don't respond to email promptly And only with an unresponsive automated message. Moreover, they don't notify the customer when the luggage has been picked up, don't provide a tracking system, don't honor their delivery promise, and they DISCLAIM all responsibility after you hand off the luggage to your "trusted" partner for delivery. Bottom line is that my luggage was supposed to be delivered from Paris yesterday by 18:00 and I have no way of knowing where it is or when I might actually receive it. So, satisfied customer ? NOT. Don't use these guys.

I used this site yesterday to book luggage storage at Bordeaux St Jean Gare. Payment of €20 was taken immediately but I received no conformation email as to where to leave the cases. I contacted the company straight away, they replied to say they had sent conformation, 24 hours later it has still not come through. In the end I had to keep the luggage with me. Eelway refused to refund payment for the service they failed to provide. Avoid at all cost.
