I didn't know this website until i found a good deal on a new OClean X pro toothbrush. The shipping was very fast and i was very happy with it. Unfortunately after 2 months of use the toothbrush died. I emailed them and in 2 days i got a full refund on my paypal account after reporting what happened. The service was very good and i will buy again

I bought a new phone Xiaomi 11T with a discount of -100 euros. Delivered in 6 days to France by UPS. The box is sealed, I did not open it, but everything seems to be fine. The phone is European version. At first I didn't really trust the site and there are not many positive reviews, but everything seems to be fine. I hope the phone will work fine (it says that the warranty is 2 years from the store)

Positiv Überrascht! Nachdem mein Dreame Handstaubsauger nach einem Jahr einen Lagerschaden erlitten hat und nicht mehr funktionierte, wandte ich mich an Edwaybuy zur Reklamation, ohne viel Hoffnung positive Resonanz. Daraufhin habe ich wirklich einen Ersatz bekommen, daher bewerte ich den Service für ein chinesisches Unternehmen als gut.

Dreame D9 mit defektem Ladegerät. Videos gesendet, mehrere E-Mails hin und her geschrieben. Nach zwei Monaten dann aber doch Mitteilung über den Versand einer neuen Ladestation. Hat zwar etwas gedauert und ist nicht mit unserem Standard zu vergleichen, dafür war die Anschaffung günstig und es hat mit etwas Aufwand doch geklappt. Alles prima y nur Zeit mitbringen.
