the LAMP company – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

After 3 weeks my order is still in preparation, no feedback from the company which I contacted 3 times. If anyone will ever check this review, Order E012764 pending since 18 April 2023.

Ordered light bulbs, got them on time but were not the ones I ordered. Sent two emails now with no response.... Considering all previous reviews, is this form of business operation even legal?

Only after my order hadn't arrived several days beyond the expected delivery date did I read the many negative reviews of this company. I emailed the company and filled in their online form but didn't receive a response to either, at least not within their expected timescale. Similarly, calls to their customer service number were put into a queue and then the line was dropped. This happened several times. So, given this experience and all the negative reviews I was convinced my order would not arrive and, prematurely as it turned out, I raised an issue on PayPal. A day or two after doing so I received an email apologising for the delay, explaining it was due to being busy with Christmas orders and assuring me my order would be delivered soon. A couple of days later I received an email confirming that my order had been dispatched. I was still doubtful at this time but my order arrived today, well packaged and containing the correct items. So, despite the delay in delivery I'm giving the company four stars, mainly because they were able to supply some fairly specialist bulbs at around half the price everyone else appears to charge for the same product. Well worth the wait.

I ordered two packs of lightbulbs on the 8th Dec, they arrived today. They stated on my order it may take up to 5 days, so I was extremely pleased when they arrived today - Thank you!

I'm seriously impressed by their customer support team who really helped me out with a refund. And I have always had a good experience in general. Many thanks.
