I ordered a product from this company, but realised, after I had paid, that the original order receipt and subsequent invoice amount to pay was more than originally stated. I contacted Dublin Mint Office and Adrienne, Customer Experience Advisor, looked into my complaint with efficient speed and apologised and sorted the discrepancy out via a refund, that has been received with thanks.
