Awful shipping and customer service

Ordered June 21, delivery promised June 26, then on June 26 tracking said it hadn’t been provided to the carrier yet. Tracking then revised to say it would be delivered on June 29 and was out for delivery; and the end of June 29, the date was revised to July 5. These are wine-like beverages that are extremely affected by heat - sitting in a UPS warehouse would ruin them. Proxies customer support did not respond for six days and only regurgitated the tracking info.
