Donner CA – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought the wrong model of piano on the donnerca website. A purchase that caused me a lot of stress and loss of money because even though I contacted the company 5 minutes after the purchase (Jan 14) to request immediate cancellation so that I could purchase the correct product, I didn't get any response. It was a simple procedure to cancel my purchase and make the new purchase correctly. The next day (Jan 15) I received the mail with the product tracking number. On 16 jan the product has arrived and I am trying to obtain the answer to my enquire to the return process. I feel that somebody in China is operating the support contact since I received an email at 5:21 am asking for photos of all sides of the box before they confirm the shipment address. I replied the email 7 minutes later with the information and then I had no more answers. It really seems like the company has no willingness to help its customers and now I'm here writing this review. The neglect is very frustrating. I hope the company corrects these extremely disrespectful actions. To be continued After many days of zero comunication. Donner CA has sent an email (on 17 jan) asking for photos of the box. I answered the email 7 minutes after and Donner CA replied again my email (on 22 jan) saying that I need to provide the correct order number, which was correct and in the email. They are just playing with me and don't want to provide me the return information RMA and address information.

Ok. Seems I am the first Canadian to review this company through a bad experience lately. For those of you who are considering buying a musical product from Donnerca.com read articles from Donnerdeal.com reviews first. This company has a great scam by ignoring you when you have received a defective product or are simply not satisfied with the quality they have promised. I have never been treated so insignificantly by a company in a long time. My CSR - Rafa - is a great example of "protect the company money at all cost" kinda person. He offered me 13CDN dollars to keep my defective piano and go away. Awesome! After many emails back and forth he asked me to send a video of the defect so they can fix the issue? As if they can physically fix a broken part over the internet. As far as returning it, he said that is on me and couldn't guarantee a full refund (as stated in their customer service venue). Anyway, I hope we can all start a dialog here and try to communicate to Donnerca how we feel as consumers. I have no problem sharing actual email conversations here if you all wish. Cheers!
