90 minute wait on the phone

90 minute wait on the phone, US based customer services, really quite rude in all honesty. They’ve got me on this booking but I’ll never do anything Disney again now. So good job, you should be very proud of yourself the person who handled the call. In addition, I emailed first with a simple query but the person who reply said I’d have to phone in. So they are useless on emails and terrible on the phone. Good luck!
