Dick's Sporting Goods – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We went to the Daytona Beach Store and bought bikes and had the best experience with our sales person Tommy. He put a bike together for me and helped my husband with his bike. We brought those bikes back and upgraded to better ones and he helped us again. Outstanding customer service from him. Even our cashier Sierra was great. I had never been in a Dick’s before but I will go back to that one. I just hope Dick’s treats their employees well because they deserve it.

I recently had a fitting done by master club fitter Robert G at Golf Galaxy in Orland Park, Il. He spent a lot of time and put me into a great putter that fits my move well. The rest is up to me. Thanks again Robert and GG.

I'm giving the associates at the Dick's on 3550 NM-528 in Albuquerque a 5 for helping me with an online purchase that was a 0. I ordered a pair of Nikes I had been eyeing for months. Finally broke down and spent the $200. They came FedEx from a warehouse in a torn box, no tissue paper in them or anything and OBVIOUSLY worn! I returned them to the store the same day. I was so disappointed - but they made the return super easy and ordered another pair to be delivered in a few days. I just hope I get new $200 sneakers this time.

Kamryn provided outstanding customer service. From the moment I was looking at the selection of walking shoes, he greeted me and offered his assistance but not in a pushy manner. When I decided on a pair of shoes, I asked him about the shoe features and the pro's & cons of the different brands. He was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in an informative manner of all the different features of a particular brand helping me make an informed decision. Thank you.

My wife and I have been shopping at the Yonkers store at Ridge Hill. We went looking for Peloton Shoes and my wife was having some difficulties shoes for her new Peloton Bike. Seeing they did not have half sizes we inquired with our sales representative Ray. Ask for him you can not go wrong. He explained that they did not come in half sizes you would need to go to the next size. She was a 7 1/2. EUR 38 1/2 so we went to EUR 39. They fit correctly. We had been there 2 days before on 1/10/24 when we saw Ray explaining everything to another customer. We returned on 1/12/24. We purchased the shoes drove home and they were a great fit. Any time I will always ask for Ray. I would give him a 10 out of 10, but I believe it works on a 5 of 5 would be the highest.
