Communication can be bad times but delivery has always been consistent!

Got a text that my package had been delivered..when in fact it hadn't and probably dropped at another address in error. It took 1 email to their Customer service and within 1 hour the package was retrieved and delivered to me ! This is Customer Service at its best ! DHL have a professional dedicated team totally focused on dealing with these issues and I couldn't ask for more. Totally satisfied with their assistance. Thank you DHL.

Amazing Service. My wife and I couldnt be more delighted. We ordered a morracan mosiac globe lamp containing 7 mosaic glass globes from Istanbul Turkey on Sunday January 17th. It arrived today in Colorado on January 21. Not only did it arrive 6 days ahead of time, the box and all its contents were in pristine condition and the courier very pleasant.
